With its arrival, fall brings not only cooler temperatures but also warm colors and comforting flavors. Now that we've officially reached October, it's safe to say fall is upon us and its time to savor its spicy-sweet tastes. What better way to say "cheers" to the beauty of autumn than with cocktails inspired by the most beloved flavors of fall?

Apple Pie Mule via The Cookie Rookie

Ingredients: 

4 oz. Apple cider

4 oz. Tito's Vodka

1 bottle Barritt's Ginger Beer

Cinnamon sticks

Apple slices 

Directions: 

Fill two mugs with crushed ice. In a cocktail shaker, combine the apple cider and Tito's Vodka. Shake to combine. Pour half of the apple cider mixture into each mug. Top each mug with Barritt's Ginger Beer until full. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and apple slices.

Ingredients:

4 oz. Barritt's Ginger Beer

2 oz. Pumpkin spice syrup

1.5 oz. Tito's Vodka

Nutmeg

Cinnamon sticks

Directions: 

Combine Barritt's Ginger Beer, Pumpkin spice syrup and Tito's Vodka. Shake well and pour over ice. Garnish with a shake of nutmeg on top and a cinnamon stick stirrer.

Ingredients: 

2 oz. Brulee Liquor

.5 oz. Tito's Vodka

.25 oz. Lime juice

5 oz. Barritt's Ginger Beer

Ice

Marshmallows

Directions: 

Combine Brulee Liquor, Tito's Vodka, lime juice, Barritt's Ginger Beer and ice. Toast marshmallows to your liking on a garnish pick and place atop glass for garnish.
