From lavender to rose and even hibiscus, these recipes are bloomin' with your favorite florals paired alongside your go-to ginger beer.
Lavender Moscow Mule via The Almond Eater
Ingredients:
12 oz. Barritt's Diet Ginger Beer
1/4 c. Tito's Vodka
1 1/2 c. Water
1/2 c. Sugar
2 tbsp. Lavender
1 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Grind lavender in a food processor until fine. Combine water and sugar over the stove and heat until the sugar is dissolved before adding in the lavender. In a large bowl, mix together Barritt's Ginger Beer, Tito's Vodka and lemon juice. Add lavender simple syrup into the alcohol mixture and chill for 20 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges and extra lavender sprigs.
Blushing Ginger Rose Fizz via The Flavor Blender
Ingredients:
2 oz. Rose syrup
1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
2 oz. Tito's Vodka
Barritt's Ginger Beer
Edible flowers
Directions:
Fill a glass with ice before topping with rose syrup, lemon juice and Tito's Vodka. Top with Barritt's Ginger Beer and garnish with edible flowers.
Hibiscus Moscow Mule via Recipes From a Pantry
Hibiscus Syrup Ingredients:
3 1/2 oz. Sugar
4 1/4 oz. Water
1 tbsp. Dried hibiscus flowers
Moscow Mule Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. Barritt's Ginger Beer
1 1/2 oz. Tito's Vodka
1/2 oz. Hibiscus syrup
1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
Lemon slices
Edible flowers
Hibiscus Syrup Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool before straining out the hibiscus.
Moscow Mule Directions:
Add Barritt's Ginger Beer, Tito's Vodka, hibiscus syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake the mixture before transferring it into a glass. Garnish with additional hibiscus flowers and lemon slices.
