As the seasons change, so do our taste buds, and now that spring has sprung, we’re ready to sip on simple, fruity libations. For us, the sweet taste of spring means fruit-filled cocktails complemented by yours truly, Barritt’s Ginger Beer. Transition from winter to spring with a few of our favorite recipes below.
Cucumber Grapefruit Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz. Cucumber juice
1 oz. Grapefruit juice
1 oz. Lime juice
3 oz. Tito’s Vodka
4 Mint leaves
1 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer
Directions:
Combine cucumber juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, mint leaves and vodka in an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously before straining over fresh crushed ice. Top with Barritt’s Ginger Beer and garnish with a grapefruit wedge and mint sprig.
The Whiskey Sipper
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Skrewball Whiskey
1/4 oz. Grenadine
Barritt’s Ginger Beer
Directions:
Combine whiskey and grenadine in an ice-filled glass. Top with Barritt’s Ginger Beer until full and enjoy.
