Dad. Father. Pop. No matter what you call him, he’s been there for you through it all; supporting you, encouraging you, laughing with you and sometimes even at you. This Father’s Day, we’re raising our glasses to all of the father figures out there who have loved us unconditionally through it all and deserve a day of relaxation with a cold one in hand because of it. Treat Dad this Father’s Day with one of our favorite Barritt’s libations below.
Beacon Mule
Ingredients:
2 oz. Scotch Whisky
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
4-6 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer
Lime Wheel
Directions:
Add whisky and lime juice to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled, strain into an ice-filled glass, top with Barritt’s Ginger Beer before garnishing with a lime wheel.
Lemonade Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
4 oz. Vodka
1 c. Lemonade
1 c. Barritt’s Ginger Beer
1 Lime, juiced
Lemon Twist
Directions:
Combine vodka, lemonade and lime juice in an ice-filled shaker. Shake until chilled, strain into an ice-filled glass, top with Barritt’s Ginger Beer and garnish with a lemon twist.
