With the summer days drifting away, soaking up the final moments of fun in the sun takes top priority. While some may prefer to spend their days at the pool and others on the beach, we’re looking forward to toasting goodbye to another sun filled summer while taking float on a boat. Rock the boat one last time this summer with one our favorite fruity + fizzy cocktails.
Lemonade Moscow Mule via Lemons For Lulu
Ingredients:
4 oz. Tito's Vodka
1 cup lemonade
1 cup Barritt's Ginger Beer
1 lime, squeezed
Lime slices
Lemons slices
Fresh mint
Directions:
Combine Tito's Vodka, lemonade and lime juice in cocktail shaker. Pour over ice and top with Barritt's Ginger Beer. Garnish with slices of lemon, lime and fresh mint leaves.
Electric Shark via Captain Morgan
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
1 oz. Blue Curacao
2 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. Barritt's Ginger Beer
Directions:
Combine Captain Morgan, Blue Curacao and pineapple juice in cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into an ice filled glass. Top with Barritt's Ginger Beer, stir to combine and garnish with a pineapple leaf.
Grapefruit Rosemary Mule via Domesticate Me
Ingredients:
2 oz. Tito's Vodka
2 oz. fresh pink grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
3 oz. Barritt's Ginger Beer
1 sprig fresh rosemary
Directions:
Fill glass with ice and add Tito's vodka, grapefruit, lime juice and Barritt's Ginger Beer. Stir to combine. Garnish with sprig of rosemary and grapefruit slices.
