As the years go on, the holiday shopping season seems to creep up on us earlier and earlier. For some, Black Friday marks the beginning of their holiday shopping. While for others, by the time Black Friday rolls around they’re already long done crossing each and every person off of their list. Regardless, Black Friday is a shopping tradition beloved by many with its thrill of staying up to shop all night or waking up at the crack of dawn to hit the stores. No matter whether you’re heading out to complete or just begin your holiday shopping, these Barritt’s Ginger Beer cocktails are the perfect thirst quencher to whip up once you get back home.

Rudolph’s Night Off via Elle Talk

Ingredients:

2 to 4 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer

2 oz. White rum

2 oz. Pomegranate juice

1/2 oz. Lemon juice

1 Rosemary sprig

Pomegranate seeds

Directions:

Combine white rum, pomegranate juice, lemon juice and a rosemary sprig in a cocktail shaker. Muddle until the rosemary becomes fragrant. Add ice to the shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with Barritt’s Ginger Beer. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and pomegranate seeds.

Winter Warmer via Foodie Quine

Ingredients:

16 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer

3 oz. Gin

2 Lime wedges

6 Cloves

2 Cinnamon sticks

2 Star anise

Fresh ginger

1 tbsp. Golden caster sugar

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer on low for five minutes. Add a lime wedge, cinnamon stick, star anise and ginger slice from the pan into each serving glass. Top with the cocktail mixture.

Raspberry Holiday Mule via The Rustic Foodie

Ingredients:

3 c. Frozen raspberries

1 c. Fresh raspberries

1/2 c. Sugar

3 1/2 c. Water

6 tbsp. Lime juice

2 Limes

Barritt’s Ginger Beer

Tito’s Vodka

Directions:

Combine frozen raspberries, sugar and water in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil before reducing to a low boil or high simmer. Boil at low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, use a mesh strainer to remove seeds. In a glass add one part vodka, one part raspberry cordial and one part fresh lime juice over ice. Top with Barritt’s Ginger Beer and garnish with fresh raspberries.
