We couldn’t be more egg-cited that the bunny is back, but this year there’s no need for him to bring us chocolates or sweets. Instead, we’ll happily take a basket full of Barritt’s and a bottle of Tito’s wouldn’t hurt, too. Hop to it and put your Easter goodies to good use with these fresh and flavorful spring inspired cocktails.

Cucumber Cocktail Delight via Foodie Crush

Ingredients:

2 oz. Pearl Cucumber Vodka

1 oz. Simple syrup

1/2 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer

1/2 oz. Lemon juice

1 oz. Sparkling water

1 Cucumber slice

1 Cantaloupe ball

Directions:

Add vodka, simple syrup, Barritt’s Ginger Beer and lemon juice into a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass, add ice and top with sparkling water before garnishing with a cucumber slice and cantaloupe ball.

Oh My Darlin’ via Coco Kelley

Ingredients:

1 oz. Tito’s Vodka

1 oz. Mandarin Jigger

Barritt’s Ginger Beer

Cloves

Tangerine

Directions:

Combine vodka, mandarin jigger and Barritt’s Ginger Beer into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with cloves and a sugared tangerine wedge.

Rhubarb Fizz via Saveur

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb. Rhubarb

3/4 c. Barritt’s Ginger Beer

1/4 c. Sugar

8 Cardamom seeds, crushed

1 Vanilla bean

4 oz. Sparkling wine

Directions:

Combine rhubarb, Barritt’s Ginger Beer and sugar in a small sauce pan, simmering until the rhubarb is pulp and liquid is reduced by half. Add the cardamom seeds and vanilla bean, letting steep for 30 minutes. Strain and cool. Pour one ounce of the rhubarb syrup into a chilled champagne glass and top with sparkling wine.
