Stiletto Cocktail via Magic Skillet

Ingredients:

1 oz. Gin

1 oz. Sugar syrup

1/2 oz. Lime juice

5 Blackberries

Barritt’s Ginger Beer

Directions:

Combine blackberries and sugar syrup in a blender until smooth. Add gin and lime juice and blend. Strain the mixture into a glass and top with Barritt’s Ginger Beer before garnishing with additional blackberries.

Pineapple Sangria via FED + fit

Ingredients:

1 /2 Pineapple

4 Basil sprigs

3 c. Pineapple juice

3/4 c. Rum

1 bottle Riesling

1 bottle Barritt’s Ginger Beer

1/4 c. Lemon juice

Directions:

Slice the pineapple and place half into the bottom of a pitcher with two basil sprigs. Add the remainder of the liquid ingredients and stir to combine. Serve over crushed ice and garnish with pineapple and basil.

Green Hornet via Food Network

Ingredients:

1/3 c. Sugar

1/3 c. Water

1 c. Mint

1/2 c. Cilantro

1 Jalapeño

1 Lime, juiced

1/2 c. Tequila

Barritt’s Ginger Beer

Directions:

Combine sugar and water over medium heat until dissolved then chill in refrigerator overnight. Puree the mixture with mint and cilantro and then strain. Rub the rims of four glasses with jalapeño and a lime wedge and dip into salt and sugar. Add ice to each glass. Combine half of the herb syrup, lime juice and tequila in a shaker. Shake before straining into glasses and top with Barritt’s Ginger Beer.
