If you ask us, sweet and spicy cocktails and summer go hand in hand. And when those libations feature yours truly along with Four Roses Bourbon, you’re guaranteed to mix up a concoction that you’ll love. Although summer may be coming to an end, we couldn’t help but share a few more of our favorite #SweetSpicySummer cocktail recipes with our friends at Four Roses Bourbon -- the Southern Heat and the Bee Sting. Don’t wait, grab the recipes below and make the most of every last summer moment.

Summer Heat

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

2 Peach Slices

1/4 oz. Honey

2-5 Red Hatch Chile Slices

3 oz. Barritt's Ginger Beer

Lemon Twist

Directions:

In a shaker, muddle peach slices, honey, and two to five red hatch chilies, depending on spice level. Add Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon, lemon juice, and ice and shake briefly. Add 2 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer and stir. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with remaining ginger beer and garnish with a lemon twist and shaved peppers.

Bee Sting

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1/4 oz. Honey

3 oz. Barritt's Ginger Beer

7 Blackberries

Black Pepper

Directions:

Muddle together honey, four blackberries, and two pinches of black pepper in a glass. Add lemon juice, Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon, and ice. Top with Barritt’s Ginger Beer and stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge, three blackberries on a cocktail pick and a sprinkle of black pepper.
