These crisp and refreshing ginger beer cocktail recipes will have you trading in your traditional mimosa to wake up your palate with their fruity flavors instead.

Orange Ginger Beer Sparkler via Occasionally Eggs

Ingredients:

1/2 c. Orange juice

1 tbsp. Ginger juice

2 c. Barritt’s Ginger Beer

Pomegranate arils

Directions:

Evenly divide the orange juice between four champagne flutes. Add the ginger juice and pomegranate arils before topping with Barritt’s Ginger Beer.

Cucumber Grapefruit Cocktail via A Flavor Journal

Ingredients:

2 oz. Cucumber juice

1 oz. Grapefruit juice

1 oz. Lime juice

3 oz. Tito’s Vodka

4 Minte leaves

1 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer

Directions:

Combine cucumber juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, mint leaves and vodka in an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously before straining over fresh crushed ice. Top with Barritt’s Ginger Beer and garnish with a grapefruit wedge and mint sprig.

Pineapple Sangria via FED + fit

Ingredients:

1/2 Pineapple, sliced

4 Basil sprigs

3 c. Pineapple juice

1 c. Rum

1 bottle White wine

12 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer

1/4 c. Lemon juice

Directions:

Place half of the pineapple slices and basil in the bottom of a pitcher. Add the remaining liquid ingredients on top and stir. Serve over crushed ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge and basil sprig.
